• 1 X Pheasant, Pistachio & Port Pâté
• 1 X Venison Juniper and gin pate
  
• 1 x Partridge Gin and Pear Pate
  

Each pate combines the complex, deeply savoury notes of game with a touch of sweetness and the classic harmonising notes of Port, Gin or Brandy. In each case the result is rich, rounded and luxurious - but every pate has a powerful personality of its own, deserving its place in a savoury spread or in your own creations - maybe pheasant or venison Wellington or our sensational recipe for venison meatballs with a molten pâté centre.

Storage conditions

Keep frozen at or below -18C. Defrost 24hrs before required use in a refrigerator. Once defrosted keep in fridge 5°c & use by 21 days, once opened use within 2 days. Do not refreeze
